The rescues in the slideshow above have been in our program over a year. They are each waiting for a forever family to choose them. Their adoption fees have been fully sponsored.
About HOPE Rescue
HOPE helps dogs and cats in need who are abused, abandoned, neglected or are no longer being cared for properly. We are their HOPE!
Our Mission Our mission is to help, heal and rehome, giving needy dogs and cats the happily ever after they deserve.
We also help homes in need with food donations and training advice. We are animal loving volunteers who spend our lives dedicated to our rescues. Once an animal has entered our program, they are placed into one of our foster homes. All of our rescues are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and have flea/tick prevention applied. Our rescues also receive all necessary veterinarian care including specialty care and surgeries. While in their foster homes they not only learn basic obedience and proper manners, they also learn about love, fun and security.
Training & Rehabilitation Our rescued dogs are rehabilitated and trained with positive reinforcement techniques. These methods create highly adoptable dogs by helping them gain confidence and ability to communicate more clearly. We always need foster homes and volunteers. If you would like to become a foster home or volunteer, please visit our Volunteer and Foster Home page and see how you can help.
Once our rescued animal is finished with their vetting and training, they are placed up for adoption. We learn our rescue's needs and based on our knowledge, experience and observation of each individual rescue, their requirements to adopt them are specifically set for them. We maintain consistency by following a very strict adoption process. If you would like to adopt a HOPE rescue, please visit our Adoption page.
Hope relies completely on donations to help those in need. Please consider a tax deductible donation. Help us help them!
What is HOPE? “Hope is the expectation that something outside of ourselves, something or someone external is going to come to our rescue and we will live happily ever after.” – Dr. Robert Anthony
